New Way To Get Diamonds!

There is a new way to get 2 diamonds a day on my server. All you have to do is vote on 2 websites. The 2 websites will allow you to vote once per day. Every vote means one diamond. The websites are:

http://www.planetminecraft.com/server/pssp-server/

http://minecraft-server-list.com/server/67826/

As soon as you vote, the chat room should tell you that you have been awarded. The diamond will appear in your inventory.

Awesome site! I just wanted to reply to your May 2nd post on the Raspberry Pi site asking for permission to sell JwomBox gaming consoles using the RP. You don’t need permission since you’re using the RP as a component. (Even if you were just reselling RPs, you still wouldn’t need permission given the lack of exclusive sales territories for the RP.) I think you could use the RP trademarks, too so long as you made it clear that the other components are not theirs. The only difficulty will be actually getting ahold of RPs to resell since they are currently in limited supply, one to a customer… You could also sell the extra hardware and software as a kit and let buyers buy their own RP.

Legal note (I’m not a lawyer, but according to classes in common law): As an 11 year-old you have limited liability (almost no money, no legal ability to make contracts that can’t be voided) but theoretically in a lawsuit your parents could be made to pay for any damages you cause that you would otherwise have to pay if you were over 18. In the real world that is not going to happen unless there are at least several thousand dollars worth of damages to a single person who actually wants to sue a kid. So while it’s nice to ask for permission to resell products, you actually have more room to maneuver than grownups. The flip side of minor’s contracts being voidable is that that tiny minority of legally knowledgeable adults may not want to buy from you since you can reverse any sale after the fact. Having a parent as a cosigner, guarantor or party to any sales or other contracts you make should remove any legal doubts that customers may have.
